Due to the nature of cosmetic products, returns are generally not accepted once the product has been opened or used.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds
Once the issue is reviewed and approved, refunds or replacements will be processed accordingly.
